About the project:

The new development project of CODECO as, Rezidence Pod Skálou, can be found in U pekařky Street in the Prague 8 - Libeň district. In a very pleasant environment, in the place where the quarry used to be, a chamber residential complex of 5 low-rise houses was built. On an area of several thousand square meters is planted greenery with rest areas, equipped with many benches. The developer's intention was to create comfortable living in a healthy environment in the middle of greenery, on the territory of the natural monument Prosecké skály.

From here you can easily reach the metro stations B “Palmovka” (5 minutes) or the metro stations C “Prosek” (8 minutes), and “Kobylisy” (13 minutes).

Health care for this locality is provided by the Municipal Polyclinic in Prague in Davídková Street. You can reach there in 24 minutes by tram number 10, by car in 6 minutes, on foot in 21 minutes. Your children can visit Bohumil Hrabal Elementary School and Na Korábě Kindergarten, where they can get by tram in about a quarter of an hour, you can take them by car in 3 minutes (1.5 km).

Libeň is an interesting part of Prague, full of cultural monuments and memories of the writer Bohumil Hrabal, who lived here for many years. During your family walks, you will discover the Libeň Chateau (14 minutes on foot), whose Rococo appearance dates from the second half of the 18th century, the New Synagogue from the 19th century or, for example, the constructivist Svět Palace from the 1930s. The protected monument is also the Castle Brewery, Libeňská sokolovna, Libeňská vodárenská věž, Libeňská cihelna and Libeňský plynojem. The picturesque environment is completed by important homesteads in Stará Libeň, such as Vlachovka in Zenklova Street, Hercovka in U Hercovky Street, or Kuchyňka in Květinářská Street.

If you prefer outdoor activities, we offer, for example, Košinka, Rokytka in U libeňského pivovaru Street, Rokytka II in U Rokytky Street, Thomayerovy sady, Na Dlážděnce, Nad Rokoskou and Bedřichovská. You can walk to these places in 30 minutes, by car in about 15 minutes.
