About the project:

The development project Family Houses Březiněves is located in V Křepelkách Street in Prague 8 - Březiněves. The project includes 115 new houses, with 28 houses being built in the first phase. You can choose a semi-detached house, a terraced house and a solitaire, where there are 4 + kk, 5 + kk or 6 + kk housing units with a floor area from 142 m2 to 220 m2. The land area is 230 - 915 m2. The houses have a flat and gabled roof. The entrances to the houses are recessed, the second floor has a terrace. The houses have garages that are indented. The windows are plastic with insulating triple glazing. Multi-generational housing includes a choice of six types of houses marked with the letters A, C, E, F, G, H. The houses are composed of brick blocks, there is an insulated mantle. Heating is solved by means of combined gas boilers with a DHW tank. Within the standards, there are strong and low-current distribution and sanitation in the bathroom and toilet. Underfloor heating is on the first floor. There are tiles in the bathrooms, vinyl floors in the halls, and access to the garages by a paved road.

Location:

The houses stand in the middle of nature, in Prague 8 Březiněves. You can drive to the center of Prague in 13 minutes. The stop in Boleslav is only five minutes away from the complex. Ládví Station is a 10-minute metro ride away.

For culture you have to go to the city center. The journey to Wenceslas Square takes about 40 minutes. You can do sports on TJ Březiněves, which is a 6-minute walk away. There is a football pitch and a tennis court. The fitPuls fitness center in U Praky Street is 8 minutes from the house. Among the family houses there is also a playground and a park. It is an eight-minute walk to Březina Pond. It is a natural swimming pool. You can shop in Ďáblická Street in Bill (12 minutes). The nearest shopping center is an eight-minute drive to Čakovice. The Prosek Polyclinic in Lovosická Street is a 9-minute drive away. There is a kindergarten (7 minutes) in Na Návrati Street. The primary school is in U parkánu Street in Staré Ďáblice. Children can be transported by bus in 14 minutes.
