About the project:

The Dubečnice Houses project was created in Zvoncová, Jantarová and Železná Streets in the Central Bohemian Region, Prague - West District, Roztoky, in the form of terraced houses and luxury villas with energy intensity of B. The houses are brick and insulated. As a result, residents will save on heating costs. Semi-detached houses have 5 + kk (162 m2 + land 330 - 460 m2) and villas are 6 + kk with a living area of 306 m2 and a garden of 820 - 930 m2. Each property has a garage and a parking space on the plot. Semi-detached houses and villas have reinforced concrete foundations. Horizontal ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs, external and internal masonry is solved with ceramic blocks. The roof has two heated drains for rainwater drainage. The stairs are made of reinforced concrete, with oak decor. The houses have silicate facade plaster. Euro windows are made of spruce wood, with insulating double glazing. The front door also has a wooden euro profile and security fittings. In the garages there are sectional doors with electric drive and remote control. Heating is solved by a gas boiler Baxi, the villas have a heat pump. The standard for these houses is also preparation for a fireplace, where it is possible to use a fireplace or fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is prepared for the dishwasher, installation, gas, wiring and preparation for the kitchen. The garden is fenced, the sidewalk and terrace are lined with interlocking tiles.

You can reach Dejvická metro station in ten minutes by car.
