Dům U akátu – a CPI PROPERTY GROUP company project

About the project:

CPI Services as has prepared a new luxury housing project, which was created by the reconstruction of an old apartment building in Nemocniční Street in Prague 9. The original brick building called Dům u akátu has a gabled roof and is supplemented by two attic flats. Thus, 28 flats were created on six floors. Thanks to the layout (1 + kk (6x), 2 + kk (11x), 3 + kk (6x) and apartments 4 + kk (5x)) the apartments are suitable for individuals, couples and whole families. The floor area is 49 to 119 m2. Wooden floors imitate oak floors in their pattern. You can also find the oak decor on the interior doors, the windows are plastic, with stucco. The house has an elevator and a carriage house.

Dům u Akátu is located in Nemocniční street, Prague 9 - Vysočany. The advantage of this location is excellent transport links throughout Prague. The Poštovská tram or bus stop is a five-minute walk away. The Špitálská station is just as far. The Vysočanská Metro Line B is an 8-minute walk away. There is a shopping center Fénix, Billa store, electronics and appliances store, KFC, Pizzeria, Sushi and vegan dining room, gas station, ATMs, post office, pharmacy.
