Kaskády Barrandov – a FINEP company project

Stage VI and VII: Cascades Barrandov offers housing in two houses. A total of 151 apartments are available.

Stages IV and V follow very smoothly on the previous construction. This construction forms the nests of houses that are freely passable for pedestrians, at the same time creating partially private spaces where there are playgrounds, water features, relaxation areas. Apartments in the Cascade Barrandov residence are suitable for individuals and large families. The apartments have a layout of 1 + kk to 4 + kk with a floor area of 47 - 100 m2. The composition of flats in the V stage offers 66 flats with layouts of 2 (1) + kk (from 47 m2) to spacious 4 + kk (up to 100 m2).

Between 2001 and 2005, FINEP built a total of 1,000 apartments called Panorama Barrandov and Cascades Barrandov II and III, which quickly became a sought-after place to live and do business. There are commercial areas with restaurants, shops and various services.

This Prague district began to be built in the 1920s. The advantage of Prague's Barrandov is its location, which connects to the Prokopské údolí park with cycle paths and is a popular place for trips. Within walking distance there are many shops, restaurants, a clinic, a school and a year-round water park, which will be appreciated especially by children. You will also find the famous Barrandov studios, which have been operating here since 1931. Thanks to the connection to the four-lane road, plenty of public transport lines can easily reach the center. At regular intervals, there are a number of tram lines that will take you to Smíchov railway station and Wenceslas Square.
