Park Rokytka – a CRESCON, a.s. firm project

About the project:

The new development project Park Rokytka by CRESCON as was built in Prague 9 - Vysočany, in Za lidovým domem Street. New building designed by architect Ing. Jaroslav Daďa is located in a very pleasant location with lots of greenery and offers a great combination of modern living and direct contact with nature. The house is built primarily for young families who appreciate quiet living and yet close to the subway, which connects them with busy parts of the city.

The new house is built of solid brickwork, has a total of five floors and one underground floor for parking. In 45 apartments with a layout of 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 39 m2 - 103 m2 you will find a lot of storage space, floating floors, quality ceramic tiles and sanitary facilities. Each apartment has a cellar, there are also 48 parking spaces. The apartments on the ground floor have private front gardens, on the top floor there is also a spacious roof terrace. Vysočany has always been an industrial district, so it may come as a surprise how they have changed in recent years. Today, the defunct factories are reminiscent only of protected technical monuments - cooling towers of former ČKD engineering works, halls, tool shops and chimneys of Praga engineering works and others. From the house you can reach them by Kolbenova street in about 20 minutes on foot, by car in 5 minutes. You will come across another protected technical monument in Pod Pekárnami and Ke Klíčovu streets, in this case it is a former bakery building. You can also get here in 5 minutes by car or in 18 minutes on foot.

Due to the fact that many residents of Prague found employment in local factories, Vysočany is very well connected by public transport with all parts of the city. In Kolbenova Street you will find the bus and tram stops Špitálská (623 m, 9 minutes walk) and Poštovská (638, 10 minutes). The nearest metro station of line B "Vysočanská", from where you can reach Wenceslas Square in 15 minutes, is also reachable on foot, you can walk to it in 11 minutes (750 m). The Fénix Vysočanská Shopping Center is nearby, and the Harfa Shopping Center is 2.4 km away. Here you can go not only for shopping, but also for fun (Dinopark and 5D cinema). The neighboring multifunctional O2 Arena, a symbol of contemporary Vysočany, also offers you cultural activities. Another cultural center is the Gong Theater (2 km from the house), where in addition to theater performances, they also provide concerts.

530 m from the residential house there is a primary school and Gymnázium Špitálská, kindergarten is only 265 m away. In the vicinity you will also find playgrounds or an outdoor gym in the park Pod lávkou (570m). The pleasant path along the Rokytka river to Podviní (12 minutes), a newly reconstructed park, attracts walks, where you will find, in addition to several lakes, even the remains of a Celtic fortified settlement. The Vysočany - Prosek - Střížkov nature trail also leads through Vysočany, which will present not only natural attractions, but also the remains of farmsteads.
