Rezidence Nad Ostrovem – a TIDE REALITY s.r.o. company project

About the project:

A new project called Residence nad Ostrovem has been built by Neocity Group in Nad Ostrovem Street in Prague 4- Podolí. It is a new building with five floors, where there are 11 luxury apartments with a layout of 2 + kk to 5 + kk and a floor area of 64 - 205 m2, ideal for the most demanding clients. The house is built on the land of a former gap, which was created between apartment buildings on a slope in Podolí. The land, which has a slope, gave the opportunity to build a very original cascading building, where each apartment has its own huge terrace. The apartments are in a certain standard. The construction system of the house is made of reinforced concrete. Non-load-bearing partitions are brick. The ceilings are up to 260 cm high. The house is heated by a gas boiler room. There are also French aluminum windows with floor convectors. The bathrooms have heating ladders and electric underfloor heating. The bathrooms have tiles, quality sanitary ware, concealed faucets, cast marble trays and glass shower screens, steel bathtub. The floors are wooden three-layer. Location:

The house is located in a location near the center of Prague - in Podolí in Nad Ostrovem Street, which is situated above the Rowing Island. Thanks to the higher location, you will see the Vltava and the historic center of Prague. There are a large number of parks, at the same time you can get to the center in ten minutes. There are many cultural monuments in this city district, such as the Church of St. Michael the Archangel from 1222. You can walk to it in 9 minutes. Another monument is the Podolská waterworks, where drinking water was produced from the Vltava, now it provides drinking water from the Želivka reservoir. It is also nine minutes on foot, three minutes by car.

In Podolí you can enjoy a lot of fun. The Czech Television Kavčí hory complex is located here, directly above the Podolský stadium, ie an 11-minute walk from the house. There is a Museum of Prague Waterworks in the Podolská waterworks. There is a Hes dance school on 5th May Street, a 14-minute Metro ride on line C. The nearest cinema is Cinema City u Anděla, which can be reached by tram and metro in 21 minutes or by tram in 22 minutes. Theaters are also much further. Wenceslas Square with many theaters can be reached by tram in 20 minutes. There is a library on Vikova Street, which can be reached by bus in 23 minutes. Another library is in Na veselí Street, a 20-minute walk away.

There is a Sports Park for seniors in Podolská Street, a three-minute walk away. You can relax in the park in Kavčí hory, a 9-minute walk away. The Pankrác Central Park, a 17-minute walk away, is also interesting. 8 minutes from the house is Podola cemetery Pod Klaudiánkou. Caravan Camping Císařská louka allows camping. The journey takes 24 minutes on foot and by ferry across the Vltava. In Podolí you can spend time practicing water sports. There is a swimming pool and Rowing Island, which is a small port with facilities for canoeing and yachting. You can play tennis on the courts in Jeremenkova Street (6 minutes by car).

Medical care is represented by several medical facilities. You can visit the Medicina Plus polyclinic (16 minutes on foot), Medicover sro in Lomnický street (2 minutes by car) or the EUC hospital in Pankrác street (2 minutes by car, 16 minutes on foot).

The kindergarten is in Voráčkovská Street (8 minutes on foot), the primary school is a 7-minute walk away. The journey to the primary school takes seven minutes on foot to Nedvědovo náměstí. Another elementary school with extended language lessons can be found in Jeremenkova Street, a 17-minute bus ride away.

In Podolí you will find many supermarkets where you can conveniently shop. There is a large Tesco store by the metro. The metro stop can be found on Náměstí hrdinů, which is 3 minutes from the house. There is an Albert hypermarket in Na Pankráci Street (13 minutes).

Public transport is represented by tram transport along the Vltava from Vyšehrad to Braník. The nearest stop is Kublov (3 minutes from the house). There are also buses from the Na dolinách stop, which is 6 minutes from the house. The center is easily accessible by metro. There are stations Pražské povstání and Pankrác, where you can walk for a weak quarter of an hour. From Podolská Street you can get to the center of Prague by car and out of the city.
