About the project:

The unique development project Villa Doria represents the reconstruction of the extension of the villa in Pomezní Street in the Prague 8 - Libeň district. Thanks to the modernization of the house and the completion of another wing, nine residential units of character were created in the building, which far exceed your ideas. Some residential units have a garden or terrace, the whole building is enclosed by fencing, so maximum privacy is guaranteed. The apartments in the house are available 2 + kk - 4 + kk, with an area from 50.4 m2 to 119.9 m2. Essentially high-quality materials, wooden floors in four shades, ceramic tiles and tiling, Sanitary elements of the TECE, KALDEWEI CAYONO and HANSGROBE brands were used to furnish the individual apartments.

Residence Villa doria can be found in a quiet residential area close to the exposed places - Palmovka (5.5 km) can be reached by car in 10 minutes, Kobylis (4.9 km) in 8 minutes, Holešovice (2.8 km) is only 6 minutes drive. In these places you will find metro stations C (Kobylisy) and B (Palmovka, Nádraží Holešovice), from where you can comfortably travel to all parts of Prague and beyond.

The residential area is located in the immediate vicinity of the Na Bulovce hospital complex, it is also accessible by public transport. The Okrouhlická tram stop is an 8-minute walk (346 m), and the bus stops at Rokoska Station, 332 m (6 minutes) from the house.

There are two primary and kindergarten schools within a radius of 1 km: B. Hrabal Primary School, U školské zahrady Primary School and Kindergarten and Na pěšinách Kindergarten. Health care is provided by the Municipal Polyclinic (7.2 km), which can be reached in 12 minutes by car, and the Čumpelíkova na Ládví Polyclinic (5.7 km) is only a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Of the attractions in the area, a number of historic buildings in Liben, in the district that Bohumil Hrabal described so beautifully in his works, are interesting. However, the location is also rich in cultural, social and sports facilities, for example, the famous Pod Palmovkou Theater can be reached by car in 10 minutes, in 11 minutes you are in the Harfa Gallery, where in addition to shops and services you will also find 5D Cinema Prague Harfa. Right next to the Harp Gallery is the multifunctional O2 Arena, where you can visit sports events, as well as concerts and other social events.

Villa Doria is close to the Troja Zoo, just 4.5 km (9 minutes by car), and the Botanical Garden is 4.2 km (8 minutes by car). In Troja you will also find Bowling Troja in a flower street, a 4-minute drive. Aquacentrum Šutka is an 11-minute drive (6.2 km), solarium and BBC fitness on us. Na Stráž is about 7 minutes by car from the villa. Cycling enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the A26 Rokytka cycle path from Libno to Hloubětín (and further to Čelákovice), which starts in the nearby Thomayerovy sady (4.5 km, 9 minutes by car). If you need medical care, it will be provided by the Prague Municipal Polyclinic in Davídková Street, which can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, by bus number 201 in 15 minutes or by car in 8 minutes. Na Bulovce Hospital in Budínova Street is accessible after a 10-minute drive, a 12-minute tram ride number 3 or also a 10-minute or 13-minute walk. The private clinic Clinicum as on Sokolovská Street offers its services.
