About the project:

The company PELA invest, sro chose a house in a quiet part in the middle of the city for its development project. These are lofts, new apartments in the house no. 44, in Husitská Street, in the Prague 3 - Žižkov district. As an extension of the five-storey historic building, three new attic apartments were created here, which combine the charm of the place with the comfort of modern living. The nearest polyclinic, the AGEL medical facility in Italská Street, is 1.5 km from the house.
