Liberty Building – a Geosan Development a.s. firm project

About the project:

The Liberty Building II residential project includes 68 housing units. It is situated between three streets in Prague's Nusle. The project was divided into two stages, the final result will be a triangular floor plan. In the first stage, a completely new house was built, in the second stage, the former Regula factory, which stood in Bartoškova and Kloboučnická streets, was reconstructed. In the middle of them is a functionalist tower, where a two-storey apartment with a large terrace is built. The project was taken over by Geosan Development as In the second stage, 68 flats and three non-residential premises with the energy label B were created.

Apartments:

In Liberty Building II you will find apartments 1 + kk to 6 + kk and non-residential premises. The apartments have an area of 42.47 - 239.97 m2. For a 5 + kk apartment, the price of the apartment also includes two parking spaces in the garage. Non-residential premises have an area of up to 652.71 m2. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony, with the exception of three residential units. There are also 98 parking spaces. The apartments have laminate floating floors, ceramic tiles and tiling, security entrance doors as standard. Heating is provided by steel radiators, the bathroom has a heating ladder. The house has a personal elevator and audio phone.

Location:

The second stage of the Liberty Building project was created by the reconstruction of the building, which was originally used as the administrative premises of Regula. The floor plan of the building forms a triangle between Bartoškova, V Horkách and Kloboučnická streets, in Prague 4 - Nusle. This project combines high demands for housing, low energy consumption and an excellent location. The Horky tram stop is a five-minute walk from the house. The bus stop is just as far. The nearby Nuselská Street leads to the South Junction. The nearest metro station is Vyšehrad, a 20-minute walk away. It takes ten minutes to the doctor to Vrsovice. For culture, it's half an hour away. The Jezerka Theater is even only fifteen minutes away, as is the Fidlovačka Theater. The journey to school will take children only ten minutes. There are well-known parks in the area, such as Havlíčkovy sady, Jezerka and Grébovka. Five minutes from the residence is the train station Prague - Vršovice.
