About the project:

The development project Family Houses Zbraslav is built in the street to Peluňek and Na vrškách, in Prague 5- Zbraslav. In this project, ten terraced houses were created, which are enriched with natural elements. The houses are low energy and give the owners plenty of peace and privacy. Houses:

The Zbraslav family houses form a residential complex of buildings with a floor area of 172.43 m2. The houses have gardens with an area of 28.5 - 172.43 m2 and spacious terraces. The house has equithermal regulation, heat pump and underfloor heating, which reduce operating costs. Wooden euro windows, security doors and sectional garage doors are standard. In the living areas there is a three-layer wooden floor and also ceramic tiles, in the garages there is a concrete floor. Sanitary ware, including faucets, is supplied to the bathrooms. The journey to it takes ten minutes by car, 14 minutes on foot. Vančur's Villa is in Vladislav Vančura Street and can be reached by car in four minutes. Zbraslav Castle organizes various exhibitions. There is a nightclub on the square, a 20-minute walk away. The local library is just as far. Wenceslas Square, with its many theaters and cinema, can be reached by car in 25 minutes.
